Post-upgrade Steps

1. Add a new field, Gender Terms (Gender_Terms__c), text(100) on the Contact object. 

2. Update the Contact lightning record page to only display Gender Terms if Gender = '[I/They] use a different term'. (confirm with client)

3. Add new picklist values on the Contact -> Gender field.

5. Deactivate/delete old picklist values.

6. Backup Reference Data (Custom Settings -> Reference Data).

7. Update ProntoCase CustomSettings (custom settings) -> update Enable SyncRefData = false.

8. Go to the ProntoCase Settings tab (ASPC__ProntoCase_Settings_Lightning) -> DSS Integration -> click Sync Reference Data.

9. Turn on the Sync scheduler.
