Deactivate/delete old picklist values.
Update the Contact lightning record page/s to Dynamic Forms to only display Gender Terms field if Gender = '[I/They] use a different term'. (Note: confirm layout change with client)
Backup all Reference Data (Custom Settings -> Reference Data) .
Update ProntoPD Settings (custom settings) -> update Enable SyncRefData = false.
Go to the ProntoCare Settings Lightning -> DSS Integration -> click Sync Reference Data.where CodeType = Gender

Replace all Reference Data where CodeType = Gender based on the Gender updates.
