The Contact Details display the students' general information including their Account Name, Grade Level, Gender, Phone Number, etc. You can customize these fields to meet your requirements.

Account Name
The field displays the name of the student.
Preferred Name
Preferred name of the student. For example, Willian rather than Bill.
Status
This field displays the status of the student, if the student is currently enrolled, a former student, or a prospective student.
House
This field displays the house information of the student or the address.
Phone
This field displays the phone number of the student.
This field shows the email address of the student, which can be used for communication purposes. Any messages or updates related to the student.
Current Grade Level
This field shows the student's current grade level, including preschool, Kindergarten, Year 1, etc.
Gender
This field shows the gender information of the student. F for Female and M for Male.
Student ID
This field displays the unique Student ID number assigned to each student.
Primary School Institution
If a contact is associated with multiple Educational Institutions, this is the primary one for timetable generation, filtering, and other purposes. Refer to Student Record flags.
