After doing the Calendar Post Deployment Configuration below, set up the Calendar on the Person Account (Student) record page.
Go to the Account Record Page > Create a new Note: Make sure that the Student, Staff, and Carer Status fields are filled in. For the Student Calendar, the Student Status must be marked as “Current.” Similarly, in the Staff Member Calendar, the Staff Status should also be set to “Current.” For the Carer Calendar, the Carer Status needs to reflect “Current.”
Go to the PosiEd Contact Page > go to the Calendar tab > Drag and drop the Single PosiEd Calendar Component .

Calendar Start and End Time on Person Account
Calendar Start and End Time on Person Account is now based on the Primary Education Institute.
When viewing the Calendar LWC on an Account (Person Account) record,
If the Account’s Account's Primary Educational Institution → has a Default Timetable Structure → and the Day Start is populated, then the Calendar LWC Start Time will be equal to the Day Start.
If the Account’s Account's Primary Educational Institution → has a Default Timetable Structure → and the Day Start is empty, then the Calendar LWC Start Time will be equal to the PosiEd SettingsSetting's Calendar Start Hour.
If the Account’s Account's Primary Educational Institution → has a Default Timetable Structure → and the Day End is populated, then the Calendar LWC End Time will be equal to the Day End.
If the Account’s Accounts's Primary Educational Institution → has a Default Timetable Structure → and the Day End is empty, then Calendar LWC End Time will be equal to the PosiEd Settings' Calendar End Hour.
Staff Calendar
If the Status is set to Current, all Events displayed on the calendar will be based on the retrieved Event.
Retrieve the Calendar Colour field value from the Cohort record and set it as the background colour of the calendar entry. If the field value is not available, set the background colour to #939393.
The calendar colour displayed is incorrect if the Cohort’s Calendar Colour is empty

Displaying School Calendar in Carer/Parent Account
To display the School Calendar list on the right side of the account parent calendar, ensure that the following criteria are met:
The current date falls withinthe Start and End date of the school calendar.
Verify that the School Calendar Status is marked as Current.
Confirm that there are associated Cohorts linkedto the School Calendar, where the Cohort is filled in and has corresponding Cohort Sessions with session records.
