In this section, you can Edit Check In/Out of the Student under the Mark Roll tab.

  1. Clicking this button next to a student’s record will expand the Students Records details via the accordion function. This will reveal the Student's Profile Photo, the students name with the ability to open the student's account record directly, the cohort the student is in, the last known location, any location, conflicts with this, previous session and next session for the student. Other custom fields may also be displayed; see the accordion configuration documentation for further details.

The Edit Check In/Out button allows the staff member to review any check in or check out transactions for that student during this session so that they can be modified. For example, if you checked a student out 10 minutes after they actually departed the class you can subsequently edit that checkout to adjust the time at which they left the class.

The Student Movements feature tracks and lists all students who leave the classroom during lessons for specific reasons in the Session. This allows teachers to monitor attendance and participation more effectively. The records can be found on the PosiEd Health Center App homepage.

In the session, there is a Student Check Out button where you can check out students by selecting students first before clicking the button.

In the Checking Out To, you will then select the location of the assets.

The asset options will be available if the Student Movement Destination field is ticked.

After the student has been checked out, a Check Out Event will be generated and added to the student’s calendar. The event will be visible in their calendar, providing easy access to this information whenever needed.

The student’s name will be also recorded in the Student Movement record.

To view all student checkout records from different locations within the Student Movement component, you must specify the desired location in the Destination.
