For the Data Processing Engine to run successfully, enable the Data Pipeline in your Org.

Make sure the Permission Set is assigned to the correct owner. The Default Workflow User should be added to the Data Pipeline Base User permission set.

Go to Setup > Process Automation Settings > check the Default Workflow User

Go to Setup > Permission Sets > Data Pipelines Base User > Manage Assignments

Go to Setup > Data Processing Engine > click New button>

Choose CRM Analytics > click Done. Create the following flows by clicking the New Node in the upper left side of the screen.

Note: You need to set the schedule to a future date and time, as a schedule-triggered flow can’t run on a date/time that’s already occurredin the past.

Add Action Element into the flow and in the New Action window:

  • Select Data Processing Engine, in the Category Section.

  • Add the DPE Populate Search Description in the Contact

    • Action = Edit Populate Search Description in Contact-DataProcessingEngine

    • Label = Run DPE

    • API Name = Run_DPE (autopopulate)

    • Description = Runs the Populate Search Description in Contact DPE.

  • Click Done.

Upon activation, the flow will run following the schedule that you have established.

Check the flow if it is completed or Failed.
Go to Setup > search Monitor Workflow Services.
