If you are new to PosiPay - welcome! This is the place to start your journey. We will give you an overview of the product and how it fits with other Posimente products to help you get started.
PosiPay is an end-to-end payment product, built on top of Salesforce. Integrating with Stripe, it facilitates the most secure payments possible from within Salesforce, and then reconciles all gateway transactions with your bank statements. There are 3 key components to the product.
Payment Processing
Stripe Elements
The first major component of PosiPay is payment processing. Our Payment Lightning Web Components embed Stripe Elements so that your users can engage directly with Stripe’s payment form, and you never have to handle payment details yourself. Once payment details are securely captured and tokenised PosiPay is able to engage with Stripe for future payments such as invoices and subscriptions. If you want to, you can set and forget and it will run like a dream.
These Lightning can be configured to your own Stripe account it is a direct link to you Stripe and you can see all updates within your Stripe Dashboard, should you feel the need to access it. But who wants to have to leave Salesforce? Enter our Recording Component.

Payment Recording
The next major component of PosiPay is its ability to record what happens in Stripe, all within Salesforce - so you only need to maintain one source of truth. Utilising webhooks, we are able to gather real-time changes from Stripe, so that your Salesforce org keeps all of the gateway transaction information up to date. The records that come back may need to trigger further actions, such as creating the next invoice, or creating a task to contact the client, and this is all possible with PosiPayments.

Payment Reconciliation
Capping this all off is its full reconciliation capability. PosiPay syncs both with your Stripe account, and also with your bank. We provide the ability to reconcile all gateway transactions with each bank statement line item. Not only this, but it will also highlight any payments that are not already recorded in your Salesforce org. Your accounting team will love you when they receive this crisp payment data.
