Send Communication via SMS (Twilio) Data and Config

To send SMS successfully, you must create a Twilio account. Once you have created your Twilio account, please ensure that you add your phone number to your Account Record.

Create External System Connection

Token  = auth token from Twilio

Account SID  =  account sid from Twilio

Domain URL = https://api.twilio.com/2010-04-01/Accounts

Educational Institution = current school account (with the Phone- see photo above)

External System Connection = Twilio

External System = Twilio

Note: After saving, the token and account SID will be emptied and it will create a PosiEd External System record in custom settings and populate the token and account ID
