The Contact Details display the students' general information including their Account Name, Grade Level, Gender, Phone Number, etc. You can customize these fields to meet your requirements.
The fields in this section may differ from the requirements you need. Our system allows you to customize fields to meet your school's specific needs. This section will describe the standard out-of-the-box layouts for details on any additional fields or components. Please see your local System Administrator.
Account Name
The field displays the name of the student.
Preferred Name
Preferred name of the student. For example, Willian rather than Bill.
Gender
This field shows the gender information of the student. F for Female and M for Male.
Birthdate
Displays the date of birth of the student.
Other Address
Indicated the secondary address of the student. Primarily used for physical or home address if different to Mailing Address.
Home Phone
Shows the home phone number or alternative phone number of student Store primary phone numbers in Phone Number field.
Student Status
This field indicates the currency of the student at this Educational Institution.
Current Age
This field indicates the age of the student.
Mailing Address
This field shows the primary mailing address of the student.
Mobile
This field shows the mobile phone number of the student.
This field shows the primary email address of the student. This will be used for most automated email sent.
Other Information Section
Legal First Name
Legal first name of the student if different from First Name.
Legal Middle Name
The legal middle name of the student if different from Middel Name.
Legal Last Name
Legal last name of contact if differenct from Last Name.
Former Last Name
Contact's former last name if applicable, eg. maiden name.
Deceased
Denotes that the contact is deceased.
Deceased Date
Date the contact died if applicable.
Unique Identifiers Section
Statewide ID
Generally, a long and/or numeric value to uniquely identify this student across the education system. Primary Student Record value will be synched with the equivallent field on the Contact record.
Student Flag Icon
Certain functions such as Mark Roll have the option to display an alert or notification icon to the user. This field is used to specify what that icon is. It can be set by any automation or other processes.
Contact UUID
Unique reference to Contact record used for synching with external platforms.
