This section displays the details of the carer associated with a student's account. It shows information about the guardian or related person responsible for the student. This section helps the guardians of the students to keep track of their classes.
Our system allows you to customize tabs and fields to meet your school's specific needs. Due to this flexibility, the layout may differ from the examples provided in this section. This section will describe the standard out-of-the-box layouts for details on any additional fields or components. Please see your local System Administrator.
Account Details
This tab displays the carer’s general information, including their contact details, Carer’s ID, and address.
Other Details
This tab displays the further general information of the carer.
Relationships
This tab displays the list of student communications-related contacts and a graph showing the connections of the carer to the related contact.
Timetable
This tab provides the timetable components of all the students which allows the carer to see the timetable of the students as of any date in the school year.
Calendar
This tab shows the event schedules of all the students who are connected to the carer. The tab usually displays the weekly schedule of events and shows the timely schedule of each day. The carer can use this tab as a reference to keep track of the students' schedules. The carer can choose which event schedules to view by checking the box next to the student's name.
The carer can also check the student’s other school activities, such as sports, by clicking the Select Calendar button and selecting the activities schedule that they want to view. Then, click Ok to display the schedule.
