Post-upgrade Steps

1. Add a new field, Gender Terms (Gender_Terms__c), text(100) on the Contact object. 

2. Update the Contact lightning record page to only display Gender Terms if Gender = '[I/They] use a different term'.

3. Add new picklist values on the Contact -> Gender field.

• Man or male

• Woman or female

• Non-binary

• Not stated

• [I/They] use a different term

4. Remap old/current picklist values to new picklist values. (Confirm the value changes)

        Male -> Man or male
        Female -> Woman or Female

5. Add the New Reference Data for Gender  (Custom Settings)-->Reference Data--> Add the following values:
