Click the New button.
Select a record type and click Next.
In this tab, you can access important information regarding the medical history of the student, including any pre-existing Medical Conditions, Disabilities, Immunisation history and Medical Permissions.
You can add attributes by clicking the New button and selecting a record type. Make sure to select the appropriate record type that corresponds to the area where you want to add attributes. In the example below you can follow the same process for other record type as well.
This example is adding an attribute to the Disability section.
Click the New button.
Select a record type and click Next.
Fill in the necessary information and click Save.
Afterwards, the attributes will be created.
