Access our secure online portal using the Pay Now button on the invoice email you received from us, or login to the portal at https://posimente.chargebeeportal.com/.
This is the fastest way to pay your invoice/s. You’ll find the Pay Now button located on payment reminder and invoice notice emails.
The page will load our secure portal to display the unpaid invoices; deselect any tick boxes next to the invoices as applicable. When you are ready, click the Pay Now button
Enter your card details into the form and click Pay Now
On the first screen, enter the email address you use to receive our invoices and account notices, then press Continue.
Open your email inbox and locate the temporary password which has been sent to you. Check your spam if you don’t receive it within a few minutes. Enter the password and click Login.
From the main menu, click the Billing History option.
The Billing History will display the unpaid invoices and your previous invoice history. Click on the first link, Pay Now.
Review all unpaid invoices and deselect the tick boxes next to the invoice/s if required. When you are ready, click the Pay Now button
Enter your card details into the form and click Pay Now
Open your invoice and refer to the Transfer Details section located at the bottom of the page. It contains the following details:
Account Name
BSB
Account Number
Swift Code
Bank Address
Please quote the Invoice Number as the reference so we can accurately record your payment.
