Note: Ensure the Student, Staff, and Carer Status fields have values. For the Student Calendar, only the Student Status has a value of Current, same with Staff Member Calendar only the Staff Status should have a value of Current. For the Carer Calendar, only the Carer Status has a value of Current.

Go to the PosiEd Contact Page > go to the Calendar tab > Drag and drop the PosiEd Calendar Component 6.1.11

Click Save.

After saving, you can now view the PosiEd Calendar Component 6.1.11 under the Person Account - Calendar tab layout.

Calendar Start and End Time on Person Account

Calendar Start and End Time on Person Account is now based on the Primary Education Institute.

• When viewing the Calendar LWC on an Account (Person Account) record,

  • If the Account's Primary Educational Institution has a Default Timetable Structure and the Day Start is populated, then the Calendar LWC Start Time will equal the Day Start.

  • If the Account's Primary Educational Institution has a Default Timetable Structure and the Day Start is empty, then the Calendar LWC Start Time will equal the PosiEd Setting's Calendar Start Hour.

  • If the Account's Primary Educational Institution has a Default Timetable Structure and the Day End is populated, then the Calendar LWC End Time will equal the Day End.

  • If the Accounts's Primary Educational Institution has a Default Timetable Structure and the Day End is empty then Calendar LWC End Time will equal to the PosiEd Settings' Calendar End Hour.

Staff Calendar

If the Status is set to Current, all Events displayed on the calendar will be based on the retrieved Event.

Retrieve the Calendar Colour field value from the Cohort record and set it as the background colour of the calendar entry. If the field value is not available, set the background colour to #939393.

The calendar colour displayed is incorrect if the Cohort’s Calendar Colour is empty
