Receipting - PosiGive Enhanced
This functionality allows organisations using PosiGive Enhanced to generate and manage receipts directly within Salesforce. It supports automated receipt document generation using configured acknowledgement templates, document templates, email templates, and data mappers, helping ensure donor communications are accurate, consistent, and recorded against the relevant Gift Transaction or Account records.
Depending on the organisation’s requirements, receipts can be generated for individual records or processed in bulk. The functionality also supports email delivery, mail receipt generation, retry handling for failed receipt generation, receipt regeneration, exporting generated receipt files, and optional high-volume sending through PosiEngage where required.
