Replacing Primary Staff Member in Session - PosiEd

If a substitute teacher is assigned for a particular session, once the Daily Delta (session updates) is published, the substitute will be listed as the Primary Staff Member, while the original Primary Staff Member will be moved to the Replacing Staff Member field.
