Fix Gateway Event after save flow to always check for Payment Method first

The Gateway Event 'after save' flow has been updated to ensure that it now consistently checks for the Payment Method first. This enhancement helps improve the accuracy and reliability of the downstream processes that depend on the payment-related data.

As a result, the Gateway Transaction and Gateway Invoice records will now be processed successfully with the existing mapping applied.

Transfer of Gift Transaction Record Update Logic to PosiGive's Gateway Transaction Change Data Capture

The logic for updating Gift Transaction records, which was previously handled through PosiPay’s Gateway Transaction Change Data Capture, has now been moved to PosiGive’s Gateway Transaction Change Data Capture.
