Step 1 - Pre-configuration - PosiPay

Before you install the package, you need to configure certain things in Salesforce to prepare the environment for PosiPay.

Enable Person Accounts

Reference: Enable Person Accounts

  • Go to Setup.

  • In the Quick Find box, search “Person Accounts”.

  • Select Person Accounts.

  • Follow the steps outlined in the Person Accounts settings or in the Salesforce documentation provided above.

Enable Digital Experiences

  • Go to Setup.

  • In the Quick Find box, search “Digital Experiences”.

  • Select Digital Experiences → Settings.

  • Tick Enable Digital Experiences.

  • Click Save.

Enable Lightning Web Security (LWS)

For older Salesforce orgs, you need to activate Lightning Web Security to ensure the Stripe library functions correctly.

  • Go to Setup.

  • In the Quick Find box, search “Session Settings”.

  • Select Session Settings.

  • Find the Lightning Web Security section, and tick the corresponding setting.

Enable Accounts As Campaign Members

  • Go to Setup.

  • In the Quick Find box, search “Accounts As Campaign Members”.

  • Select Accounts As Campaign Members.

  • Tick Enable.

  • Click Save.
