Session Retry Limit   

Allow users to re-attempt the payment processing via WIT pages if the previous attempt has failed, with limitation. 

Config: Set the limit in Setup -> Custom Settings -> Web Toolkit Settings -> Session Retry Limit. If not specified, default value is 3.
