Q. What happens when a client wants to pay for an instance of service upfront, instead of Claiming from NDIS?

A. At this point in time, ProntoCare is hardcoded to automatically create Payment Claims based on the selected Funding Buckets. If the client wishes to not claim, you would need to manually update the Payment Claim status so that it's not "Awaiting Claim", and therefore excluded when the Batch Claim report is generated, and you would need to create a standalone Funding Bucket that is not NDIS for those services.
