WooCommerce Contact Sync
Available in ProntoeCatalogue version 1.59 and above
WooCommerce customers are saved in Salesforce as Contacts.
Customer syncing is two-way; WooCommerce to Salesforce and vice versa.
WooCommerce Sync to Salesforce
After a customer places an order via WooCommerce, the order details are saved and synced to Salesforce as an opportunity, the customer details on the other hand are saved and synced to Salesforce as Contacts.
New customers are created in Salesforce with an 'Online Shop ID' which is the unique identifier between the two systems. If a repeat customer places an order in WooCommerce, any updates to the Customer's details are pushed back to Salesforce (override).
This sync happens every 10 mins.
Salesforce Sync to WooCommerce
There is a button on the Contact record called 'Sync to Online Store' which will push the Salesforce details and overwrite WooCommerce details
