FAQs
If you need to transfer data to or from Salesforce, you can use the Data Loader guide to help you out. This guide will step you through the process of importing and exporting data to update records in Salesforce.
Salesforce Org Access
Before you start, consider whether Salesforce support needs to be granted account login access for the organization you seek support for. To grant account log in access:
Log in to Salesforce.
In the upper right, click your image (avatar) and then click Settings.
In the "Quick Find" search field, enter "Grant" and click Grant Account Login Access.
Set the Access Duration option to Salesforce.com Support.
Note: It is recommended to set the Access Duration to one month for technical escalations. It can be extended later if needed.
Click Save.
Once you are logged in, click the ? icon in the main toolbar. Select Get Support.
You may receive a redirection notice to another URL, click Confirm.
You may receive an access permission message, click Allow to continue.
