TERM	DEFINITION
Assessment	An assessment is a feature of Posi Wellbeing used to administer psychological and social evaluations for people with concerns.
Concern	A concern is the main record used to track and update the progress of support for an individual. All other records relating to a specific instance of care raised for an individual are related to the concern. After a concern is closed, it can still be accessed for reference and historical data.
Confidentiality	Contact Confidentiality restricts access to a record or to an entire contact to specific system users by specifying emails in the Department object fields.
Connection	Connections are records of people who are in the sphere of influence of the person of concern. The influence of the connection can be positive or negative.
In-App	In-App refers to the creation of records from within your system, as opposed to using a public web page form to create them.
Interaction	An interaction is a record created to track the experiences and progress of a person during the lifespan of a concern.
Mandatory Notification	Mandatory reporting is the legislative requirement for selected classes of people to report suspected child abuse and neglect to government authorities.
Matching Queue	The matching queue is a utility that matches records with valid contact names.
Merge Field	A Salesforce Merge Field is a variable, a piece of code which can be inserted into templates and then merged with the corresponding record.
Person of Concern	This is the person for whom a concern has been raised.
Personalized URL (PURL)	A PURL is a Personalized URL to a web page which is appended with the coded unique id of a contact. If for example you receive a PURL link to a wellbeing survey, when you click on the link, the web page will open with much of the web form already containing your personal details.
Plan	A plan is a documented approach to ensuring the mental health & wellbeing and safety for the person of concern.
Public Web Forms	Public web forms make concern forms and other forms publicly available on web pages.
Risk Assessment	Risk assessment is a feature of Posi Wellbeing used to administer psychological and social evaluations for people with concerns.
Salesforce Digital Experiences	Salesforce Digital Experiences is the platform on which Posimente cloud-based sites and forms are built. It was previously referred to as Salesforce Communities. Access Digital Experiences through Setup/Feature Settings/Digital Experiences.
Universal Unique Identifier (UUID)	Universal Unique Identifier. This is the code for a contact's ID. It is used in web forms to personalize the experience for the contact. Its use also benefits system administrators as it reduces the need to perform record matching.
Wellbeing Notification	A wellbeing notification is an email alerting a contact that a concern has been raised for someone. The email is sent to someone close or a professional with an interest in the individual's welfare.
