Gateway Transaction - Decline Codes for Declined Payments
After processing declined payment,
A Gateway Transaction record is created and when it is equivalent to the declined payment,
The Gateway Transaction record is populated where:
Decline Code = Decline Code from the parsed payload
PosiPay Settings Record Creation
When configuring and saving the PosiPay Settings for the first time,
The PosiPay Settings should be saved successfully
