What is it?

Designed specifically with the needs of small businesses in mind, POSTman is an easy to use application that reduces mailing costs and saves valuable time spent sending and processing returned mail. 

POSTman accurately validates records and appends Australia Post-approved barcodes from its built in database of over 13 million addresses. If you use Microsoft Word, Excel or 32-bit Access then POSTman is as easy to use as clicking the built in ‘wizard' button in each of these applications. Got data in other formats? POSTman can handle that too...

POSTman reads each address, crosschecks it with the Postal Address File (PAF) database and appends an Australia Post AMAS approved barcode. It can even help correct common address errors. You can use POSTman to ensure that the mail is sent to a valid address and be assured that your clients will receive their mail, boosting the effectiveness of your client communication and invoices.
