Backup Add the New Reference Data for Gender (Custom Settings)-> Reference Data).
Update ProntoCase CustomSettings (custom settings) -> update Enable SyncRefData = false.
Go to the ProntoCase Settings tab (ASPC__ProntoCase_Settings_Lightning) -> DSS Integration -> click Sync Reference Data.
Turn on the Sync scheduler.->Reference Data--> Add the following values:
