This object describes the information about what happened, including the type of observation (e.g. a general note), the title of the observation, a longer description, when it happened, and who recorded it. The Wellbeing Involvement section displays the lists of involvement records that are being linked to the observation. Every time a wellbeing observation is created, a wellbeing involvement record will also be created.

Wellbeing Involvement
This object identifies the students involved in the incident. It is connected to the Wellbeing Observation. An observation requires at least one involvement, and an involvement must be linked to an observation. Each time a Wellbeing Observation is created, a corresponding Wellbeing Involvement record will also be generated.

Wellbeing Action
This object indicates what happened to the student as a result of the observation. A student can have none, one, or many actions as a result of the observation.

The icon will be displayed if the student's Wellbeing Observation record status Involvement Confidentialy Status is Not Confidential , the Status is Current, Show Flag is ticked (TRUE) and the current date falls between the Start Date and End Date of observation. The Wellbeing Observation detail will be also displayed in the Student Accordion in Mark Roll.
