The Contact Details display the students' general information including their Account Name, Grade Level, Gender, Phone Number, etc. You can customize these fields to meet your requirements.
The fields in this section may differ from the requirements you need. Our system allows you to customize fields to meet your school's specific needs. This section will describe the standard out-of-the-box layouts. For details on any additional fields or components please see your local System Administrator.
Account Name
The field displays the name of the student.
Preferred Name
Preferred name of the student. For example, William rather than Bill.
Gender
This field shows the student's gender information. F for Female and M for Male.
Birthdate
Displays the date of birth of the student.
Birthday
Displays the birthdate in the current year. If the current year is leap year then it displays Feb 29 otherwise if not leap year then it displays Feb 28.
Other Address
Indicates the secondary address of the student. Primarily used for physical or home address if different to Mailing Address.
Home Phone
Shows the home phone number or alternative phone number of student. Store primary phone numbers in the Phone Number field.
Student Status
This field indicates the currency of the student at this Educational Institution.
Current Age
This field indicates the age of the student.
Mailing Address
This field shows the primary mailing address of the student.
Mobile
This field shows the mobile phone number of the student.
This field shows the primary email address of the student. This will be used for sending most automated emails.
Search Description
This field is populated with a custom set of values as per client requirements. It will be included in contact selection lists to help the user to differentiate between similar contacts. Eg. it might be populated with Grade Level + Student Id.
Other Information Section
Legal First Name
Legal first name of the student if different from First Name.
Legal Middle Name
The legal middle name of the student if different from Middle Name.
Legal Last Name
Legal last name of contact if different from Last Name.
Former Last Name
Contact's former last name if applicable, eg. maiden name.
Deceased
Denotes that the contact is deceased.
Deceased Date
Date the contact died if applicable.
Unique Identifiers Section
Statewide ID
Generally, a long and/or numeric value to uniquely identify this student across the education system. Primary Student Record value will be synched with the equivalent field on the Contact record.
Contact UUID
Unique reference to Contact record used for synching with external platforms.

The unique value of each student specifies the Educational Institution the student belongs to.
Current Grade Level
The current Grade the student is enrolled in.
Roll Group
International Student
Primary Educational Institution
This field displays the primary Educational Institution which is the primary one for timetable generation, filtering and other purposes.
Primary Student Type
Type of student’s enrolment.
Learning Pathway
Learning Pathway the student is undertaking.

Student ID
This indicates the unique student ID of the student.
Current Grade Level
This indicates the current grade level of the student.
Form
Displays the primary Student Record of the student.
Gender
Gender of the student.

Indicates the currency of the student.
Demographic Information
Country of Birth
Displays the country the student was born.
Indigenous Status
Displays the Indigenous status of the student if applicable.
Language Other than English
Indicates the primary language spoken by contact other than English.
Citizenship
Indicates the country of citizenship of the student.
Ethnicity
Indicates the ethnicity if applicable.
Interpreter Required
Indicates if the student needs an interpreter.

Passport Country
Indicates the Passport Country if applicable.
Visa Type
Type of Student Visa of the Contact if applicable.
Visa Expiry
Date of the Student Visa Expiry of the contact if applicable.
Passport Number
Passport Number of the contact if applicable.
Visa Number
Student Visa number of the contact.
Religion
Religion
The religion of the student if applicable.
Baptism Date
Date the student was baptised if applicable.
Confirmation Date
The date the student was confirmed.

Date the student received the first communion if applicable.
