This section provides a detailed view of an individual staff member's important information. This information is essential for keeping track of staff members and ensuring that their details are up to date.

Our system allows you to customize tabs and fields to meet your school's specific needs. Due to this flexibility, the layout may differ from the examples provided in this section. This section will describe the standard out-of-the-box layouts. For details on any additional fields or components please see your local System Administrator. 

Account Details

This tab displays the staff member's general information including their contact details.

Other Details

This tab displays further information including Staff ID

This tab also displays the Employee Roles which contain their Employee Role ID, Teacher Code, and Educational Institution.

▪️ Employee Role object defines staff members and their association with Educational Institutions. Employee Role connects the standard objects Account, Employee, and User through the Employee record.

Timetable

This tab contains the timetable components which allows you to see the timetable of the staff as of any date in the school year. It also includes items facilities to print or email the timetable.

Calendar

This tab contains the Event schedules of the staff member. This tab usually displays the weekly schedule of events and displays the timely schedule of each day.
