Using the Ashtix app you can easily sync your events, orders, tickets, campaigns and contacts information made on the Humanitix website to your Salesforce CRM.
Step 1. In your Humanitix Account, go to Profile.
Step 2. Click Integrations.

Click 'Salesforce Managed Package' and you will be redirected to another page
the URL should look like this: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
It will now ask to login in your Salesforce org and install the package
Step 4
Once the installation is done, click 'Connect Salesforce'
It will ask again to login to your Salesforce org

You can change your Salesforce Settings
Sync Events
All - Automatic all events will be sync
Selected Events - Select specific event to be sync
Contact settings
Match existing contact but dont update
Match existing contact and update
Always create new contacts
Create Account
toggle on to create account and off if not
Update frequency
Daily - sync every 24hrs
Hourly - sync every hour
On request - only if Manual Sync is clicked
click Save

In your Salesforce Org the information is now synced.
