Please note PosiEd and its related documentation is currently under development. Please bear with us while we are working towards the finished product.

 

The PosiEd Baseline refers to the install and full configuration of PosiEd, providing a minimum setup for all client projects. Please note there will be additional configurations required which are unique to each client; for example customising the calendar component.

Pre-Installation Step

Note: Before installing PosiEd v.2.58, you must enable the Notes.
Go to Setup > search Notes Settings > Enable Notes > Save

Installing the package

PosiEd comes with 3 packages, and when installing them, please follow the right order below,

  1. Posi Ed

  2. K-12

  3. EDC AUS

When you have created your new org environment, install the latest pre-release version of PosiEd as follows:

  1. Check the Pre-Release Notes page for the latest package versions

  2. Click on the link to open the pre-release notes

  3. Copy the URL and append it to your primary domain name in the browser address bar as follows:

     

  4. Press Enter to load the installation screen, similar to the image.

For the EDC AUS package, see the screenshot below.

  1. Follow the instructions until you have successfully installed the package. These steps can also be used when upgrading a package version.
