Manage Gift Entry - Failed Gift Entry creation for Cash, Check, and Direct Deposit

No error has occurred, and existing functionality will be followed when creating a Gift Entry via Gift Batch or Gift Entry list view(Single Gift Entry).

Manage Gift Entry - An error occurs when the start date in recurring gift entry is the future date

No errors will occur, and the gift entry will be successfully created when adding a single or batch recurring gift entry with a future start date.

Edit Entry - Gift Entry Payment Method is editable even if Gift Entry has a Gift Batch

When editing a gift entry that is already part of a gift batch record, the payment method is no longer editable.

Gift Batch Manage Gift Entry - When in Gift Batch new entry, cash,check and direct deposit has a New Recurring Gift option

When in Gift Batch new entry, Cash, Check, and Direct deposit should not have a New Recurring Gift button.

Manage Gift Entry - Cash, Check, and Direct Deposit Payment Method are available when New Recurring Gift is True

When creating a gift entry record via the Manage Gift Entry page, and if the recurring donation option (New Recurring Gift = TRUE) is selected, only Credit Card and BECS Debit payment methods will be available in the Payment Method field.
