  • Wellbeing Observation

  • Wellbeing Involvement

  • Wellbeing Action

Wellbeing Observation

This object describes the information about what happened, including the type of observation (e.g. a general note), the title of the observation, a longer description, when it happened, and who recorded it. The Wellbeing Involvement section displays the lists of involvement records that are being linked to the observation. This object indicates what happened to the student as a result of the observation. A student can have none, one, or many actions as a result of the observation.

Wellbeing Observation Icon in Mark Roll screen

On the Mark Roll screen, there is an icon specifically designed for Wellbeing Observation records. This feature is incredibly helpful for staff as it allows them to easily identify which students have existing wellbeing observation records.
