ProntoCare
ProntoCare sections
ProntoCare is built on top of Salesforce SalesCloud and is designed to handle payment claims from the NDIA, as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
ProntoCare follows the Client, who is an Account, with their support contacts, through the process of obtaining a quote (Opportunity) for services (Products) allocated to different NDIS funding buckets (Funding Buckets). Once the NDIA approves the funding, a contract holds the details of the funding, from which Bookings (Orders) can be made for instances of service. These bookings allow for appointments to be made, and correct tracking of the reduction of available funds per Funding Bucket type on the Contract. Completed bookings will have auto generated Service Claims created, which allows batched download for reporting/claiming purposes.
There is currently no direct API integration from Salesforce to the NDIS Portal, however once the design of NDIS has stabilised, it is definitely on the product roadmap to have a direct integration, thus removing the need to manually download csv claim files and upload to the portal.
Outcomes:
Allow easy tracking of quoting process using Standard Salesforce Opportunities
Maximise the utilisation of standard Salesforce Objects, which allows for continual benefits from Salesforce upgrades
Allow clear tracking of the consumption of funding per client per NDIA Funding Bucket
Streamline of process to create, download, and update payment claims to the NDIS
