Publish Students Example

After connecting the Edval to the SF Org, you can proceed with the Publish process.

In this example, we will execute the Publish Students process but the other processes are similar.

Note: Before doing the Publish Student synching, make sure to set up the PosiEd Value Mapping (custom settings) for the LISS Grade Level values and Gender field automation. See the file below for your reference.

Value Mapping - PosiEd

Open the Edval app > File > Sync Now

Tick the Publish Students and click Go! After syncing, it will create Student Records in the SF Org.

Review the record details. Make sure all the Student details and count from the Edval app are synced successfully in the SF Org.

The process is similar in Daily and other timetabling solutions. Refer to the documentation for your timetabling application for further details.
