Mandatory Notifications
Mandatory notifications can be recorded against a student’s name in Posi Wellbeing. You can record the date and time the notification was made, including the notification ID.
The Staff Concern form and Interaction forms provide this functionality as follows:

Concern Forms
We will use the example of creating a concern inside Posi Wellbeing.
Open the student Contact record
From the sidebar, select the Create Concern tab. Under Record Type, click the dropdown and select Staff. Under Concern Reported By, start typing to find the staff member’s name you are reporting for.
Click the Create Concern button
After you complete the sections describing the incident or concern, answer Yes for the question Was a Mandatory Notification made? and complete the date, time and notification ID
After you submit the form, a Concern record will be created. Locate the Concerns tab on the student’s Contact record. The mandatory notification is displayed on the Concern record and the Mandatory Notifications section towards the bottom of the page.
Interaction Forms
All Interaction record types include the mandatory notification section; we will use the Meaningful Interaction for this example.
Open the student Contact record
Locate the Interactions tab and click the New button. Select Meaningful Interaction and click the Next button
Complete the relevant sections of the form and scroll down to the Mandatory Notifications section. Complete the fields and click Save.
Viewing Mandatory notification records
To view all mandatory notification records, go to the App launcher and type ‘mandatory notifications’.
