Setting up Nightly Jobs via Flow - PosiEd

In setting up Jobs via Flow,

Go to Setup > Flows > New Flow > Schedule-Triggered Flow > Create

Open

Set the Schedule of your Job

• Start Date:

• Start Time:

• Frequency:

Click the plus (+) icon > Action > and search for the Job you want to schedule

• Action:

• Label:

• API Name: (automatic population) 

• Include: Toggle (far right) 

• Batch Class:

Open

Save and Activate.

After activation, this Job will run based on the scheduled Date and Time you set.
