ProntoPayments: Checking what Payments will be Processed Today?

Unsure what opportunities will be processed today - especially when 'Bank Account' payments remain pledged for 7 days? A simple filter has been added on Opportunities that will allow you to quickly and easily see which payments will be processed today.

The Steps below will guide you to create a 'View' which will show you these payments:

1. Under the 'Opportunities' list view, click on the gear icon at the top-right corner of the page then click New.

1. Enter a name into the 

View Name field. Then press 'tab' on your keyboard to generate the Unique Name. Set the Visibility to whom you choose to have this filter view available to. Click Save. Click Save. 

Open

1. Select 

All Opportunities and then from the dropdown menu select Process Payment By Batch, equals a Value of 'True'.

1. Select the fields you would like to have displayed within this new 

View.

1. On your Opportunities page, on the dropdown menu select your newly created 

View, then select Go!

1. This will now display all payments that are being processed today.
