A reconciliation batch is a new feature of ProntoPayments whereby a user can reconcile a list of payments recorded in Salesforce each day with the same payments made either via credit card, bank transfer or cash.

You can create a daily reconciliation batch on both the Commercial and NonProfit versions of Salesforce. The process of creating a daily reconciliation batch will vary, please check which version of Salesforce you have by following the steps at this link.
