Bank Refunds via Ezidebit

Available in ProntoPayments version 1.311.39 and above

Refunding Bank Account payments via Ezidebit is now available in ProntoPayments.

To use this function, make sure your Gateway is setup to use v3-5 as well as “Accept Bank” enabled.

FYI Once refunds are enabled the Ezidebit ledger balance and status of the payment being refunded will be checked before refunds are approved by the API

  1. If the account does not have enough money pending in the Ezidebit ledger for settlement, or, if the amount to be refunded hasn't been settled the refund will be automatically rejected by the system
