Available in ProntoPayments version 1.266.0 and above

Some businesses may require ABA file downloading capabilities to be able to process Bank Transfer donations/payments. ProntoPayments has a Payment Batch feature which caters for the ABA Batch file functionality.

The functionality of this feature depends on the version of ProntoPayments being utilised:

  • Nonprofit - based on Opportunities (which are donations) and creates PPayment records as the history of the transaction.

  • Commercial - PPayments (from Subscriptions) are included in the Batch and are both the driver of the payment and the record of success/fail.
