AlphaSys provides this document to assist clients in the process of completing and submitting a SecureTrust Questionnaire which can be required by EziDebit for the establishment of an account to conduct payment transactions across their gateway. The purpose of the questionnaire is to provide evidence that your organisation will conduct transactions within their requirements for PCI-DSS compliance.
To begin the questionnaire, you must go to
https://portal.securetrust.com/
and log in:
Have this document open and follow along with the pages and screenshots. The screenshots show you how and what to fill in the blanks. The pages are named according to each section of the questionnaire. When you get to the end you will electronically sign and submit the questionnaire.
