PosiPay, at its heart, is a payments app. We connect your Salesforce org to Stripe to gain the most secure and smart payments for your organisation. Whatever payments you need to manage, you can do in Salesforce, maintaining it as your source of truth. We even help you reconcile your payments with your bank statements, keeping the accounts team very happy! PosiPay also integrates with our dedicated fundraising product, PosiGive.

There are 3 key components to PosiPay:

• Payment recording

• Payment reconciliation

Payment Processing

Stripe Elements

Payment processing is the first major component of PosiPay. Our Payment Lightning Web Components (LWCs) embed Stripe Elements so that your users can engage directly with Stripe hosted payment forms, and you never have to handle payment details yourself. Minimising your PCI compliance scope is always a win! Once payment details are securely captured and tokenised, PosiPay is able to engage with Stripe for future payments such as invoices and subscriptions. If you want to, you can set and forget so you can focus on other tasks.

Payment Recording

Payment recording in PosiPay means you have the ability to record Stripe activity directly in your Salesforce environment. This is achieved using webhooks which allow us to gather real-time changes from Stripe, so that your Salesforce org keeps the gateway transaction information up to date. The records that come back may need to trigger further business actions, such as creating the next invoice, or creating a task to contact the client.

Payment Reconciliation

Payment reconciliation means you can sync both with your Stripe account and your bank, and provides the ability to reconcile all gateway transactions with each bank statement line item. It will also highlight any payments that are not already recorded in your Salesforce org. Your accounting team will love you when they receive this crisp, reconciled payment data.
