Fix the regular Gift Transaction stuck in processing caused by receiving only one Gateway Event (charge pending webhook payload) from Stripe

This problem occurred when only a single Gateway Event (specifically, the charge pending webhook payload) was received from Stripe, which caused the transaction to remain in a pending state without moving forward.

The system will now properly handle the situation, ensuring that Gift Transactions progress through the necessary stages without being delayed. This update ensures that transactions are processed smoothly and no longer remain stuck due to missing webhook events from Stripe.

Consider Direct Debit as a Payment Method

The Gift Entry, Scheduled Donation, and Gift Refund processes will now support Direct Debit as a Payment Method. This means that you can process donations, schedule future donations, and handle refunds using Direct Debit as an option, just like other payment methods.
