How to use the Mass Lead Conversion Function

ProntoEngage imports Leads to Campaigns. If you do not wish to have the campaign members remain as leads, you can utilise the Mass Lead Conversion function to convert multiple leads into Contacts and Accounts.

From the Leads List view, you can tick the leads you wish to convert, then click the Mass Convert Leads button. NB you can only select a maximum of 200 leads at once.

This will take you to another Screen where you can specify

1. whether to create a new account on conversion

2. whether to create a new opportunity on conversion

3. whether to create a task on conversion (skip this section if you do not want a task created)

Pressing Save will convert the leads en masse.
