DSS Syncing Issues

A Client ID Not Found error may happen if a case had an assigned client before that had not been synced. To resolve, a re-sync needs to be done. Please see steps below:

 

  1. Open the Client Case you are having issues with. Click Edit. 

2. Under System Information section on the client case, Change DSS Sync to 'Sync to DSS'. Click Save. 

3. Wait for a few minutes for it to sync.
