School Calendar
School Calendar defines the school’s calendar for each school. These are calendars that are separate from Cohort and other calendars.
You can create a school calendar in the School Calendar object.
In the School Calendar object click new and fill in the necessary information.
After creating the School Calendar link it to a Cohort, all Sessions linked in the Cohort will be included in the perspective School Calendar.
In the Related tab in the School Calendar under the School Calendar Cohort click new and enter the Cohort that you wish to be linked in the School Calendar then save.
Afterward, the School Calendar that you have just created will be added to the Cohort Calendar and Student Calendar.
You can also link a Cohort to a School Calendar by adding the School Calendar in the Cohort Related tab.
Cohort > Related tab > School Calender Cohort > Click New
In the School Calendar select the School Calendar and save.
After linking the School Calendar, all Sessions linked to the Cohort will be included in the respective calendar. It is also available to view in the Carers Calendar and on the Parent Portal Calendar by clicking the School Calendar.
