Being unrestricted by decades of legacy code and design, our team were challenged by some of Australia’s most influential schools to rethink K-12 education management. Some of the highlights of this clean slate approach include:

  • Comprehensive real-time calendaring for all students, staff, and resources. This is not just Student timetabling but the overlaying of timetables, individual appointments, extra and co-curricular activities, school camps, excursions, absences, and even suspensions into a real-time calendar for every individual.

  • Support for multiple schools, multiple campuses within a school and multiple timetables within a school. Now challenges like your relief teachers operating across multiple campuses, setting up next year's timetable while you're still in the middle of this year's timetable, and managing students that might be shared across campuses or schools are all problems of the past.

  • Unified Roll Marking experience. Now it doesn't matter whether staff are marking the roll for an ordinary class, an emergency roll, or the roll on a school camp because they can conduct the roll marking process in the same way.
