Absence Submission Component - Internal - PosiEd

Absence Submission Utility Bar Setup

The Absence Submission utility bar is already included in the PosiEd Attendance app. If you wish to add it to another app, you’ll need to do so manually by navigating to

Setup > App Manager > New Lightning App > Setup the App Name, etc. > Click Next

Open

Add the Utility Item = Absence Submission > Next

Open

Choose objects that you want to display in the new App you created. Then, click Next.

Select a User Profile for the new App. Then, click Save & Finish

After saving, the Absence Submission utility bar will display on the newly created App.

Click the Absence Submission utility bar located in the lower left part of the screen.

The Absence Submission will look like this.

You can also upload a file in your absence submission record.

Upload a file and click Done.

Check the attachment in the Absence Submission Related tab Files section.

Also, Internal Absence Submission won't work properly without this being defined.
