Enhance Run Flow of the Effective Date and Next Donation Date Automation

  • Update the Effective Date and Next Donation Date Automation record-triggered flow, 

    • Change the value of the “When to Run the Flow for Updated Records”, 

      • Set “Only when a record is updated to meet the condition requirements” instead of “Every time a record is updated and meets the condition requirements”

Enhancement

Gateway Assignment - Reprocess Donation 

  • If the gateway of the Opportunity and Campaign records does NOT match, use the Campaign’s Credit Card Gateway field for the reprocessing of payment 

  • Otherwise, use the Opportunity’s Gateway field for the reprocessing of payment as it has the same gateway as the Campaign record

Gateway Assignment - Update Expired RD Credit Card 

  • If the gateway of the Opportunity and Campaign records does NOT match, use the Campaign’s Credit Card Gateway field for the reprocessing of payment 

  • Otherwise, use the Opportunity’s Gateway field for the reprocessing of payment as it has the same gateway as the Campaign record

Enhancement

  • WIT Notices Email Template - Reference Contact’s Full Name

    • The email templates of the 3 WIT notices are updated to reference the Contact’s full name instead of the first name 

  • WIT Notices - Reference the Contact’s Full Name when Sending an Email

    • When sending an email, the {http://Contact.Name } custom merge field will be populated based on the Contact’s full name instead of the first name 

  • WIT Donation Pages Exact Gateway Mapping to BDE Item

    •  When donating via Multi Screen, Single Screen & Checkout Donation Page, a BDE Item record will be created where:

      • Gateway equals the selected Payment Type (Credit Card, Direct Debit) in the Campaign

      • Gateway is empty if the selected Payment Type is PayPal 

      • Gateway equals the Web Toolkit Setting’s Google Pay Gateway if the selected Payment Type is Google Pay 

  • Enhance Google Pay Gateway Settings

    • If the installed version of the ProntoPayments is equal to or lesser than 2.85, 

      • The Google Pay Gateway lookup field can only search Stripe gateway records where Name Of Remitter = FALSE

    • If the installed version of the ProntoPayments is equal to or greater than 2.108,

      • The Google Pay Gateway lookup field can only search Stripe gateway records where Enable 3D Secure Payments = FALSE 

  • Google Pay Payment Reference

    • When donating via Multi Screen Donation Page, Single Screen Donation Page, and Checkout Page,

      • A BDE Item record will be created where Payment Type equals Google Pay, and Payment Reference in newly created Payment Transaction equals Payment Reference in BDE Item record

      • Update BDE Item Record Mapping:

        • Payment Reference (BDE Item) = Payment Reference (Payment Transaction) 

  • Intermittent Error in Checkout Page 

    • Unhandled Error is no longer occurs when donating using Credit Card

  • Update Expired RD Credit Card Error in Apex Jobs 

  • Update Expired RD Credit Card Email Issue 

  • Update Expired RD Credit Card- Duplicate ID
